  • Confirmation will be received at the time of booking unless booked within 3 days of travel. In this case, confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability.
  • RESERVATIONS - All reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance of the airport transfer time. 
  • PERSON - Max in one car is 3 adults + 1 child (Less than 12 years old). 
  • INSURANCE - All passengers are insured during their travels on Kura-Kura airport transfer service in accordance with conditions of MSIG travel accident insurance. Death / disablement by accident : USD 100,000.00-/ 1 Person Medical expenses by accident : USD 10,000.00-/ 1 Person .
  • LUGGAGE - Each passenger may take one suitcase plus one hand-carried luggage free of charge. Long Surfboards are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 4 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. 
If you cancel within 3 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

  • Day transfer service (07:01 AM - 10:59 PM Bali Time)
  • Midnight transfer service (11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Bali Time)
