Charter cars are provided until Halo Bali Spa in this plan. After the spa treatment, you will be dropped off at the hotel by Halo Bali Spa transfer service.   • Bookings have to be done at least 2 days in advance.
  • Depending on the facility there may be age and time restrictions. As for the spas, it is certainly recommended to check availability in advance.
  • Tickets may be used from7:00 am to 23:00 pm. (Within the opening hours of each facility).
  • Toll roads, parking fees are not included and customers are required to pay on the spot.
  • The customer is required to show their ID at each facility.
  • Bali Super Pass only valid for the person written on the Bali Super Pass Ticket.
  • Please ensure to check the validity period of all Super Pass and use it before it expires.
  • Verify that the name on the e-ticket matches the user’s name as stated in their passport or other proof of ID
  • No refund is given in case of delays due to traffic congestions, road diversions, blockage or other condition.


Cancellation Policy

This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled after booking.


Additional Fees

Customers are required to pay directly to the driver for the following case:

  1. For charter car arrangements to hotel areas outside southern part of Bali (Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Sanur) will incur an additional fee of Rp 200,000.- per car per day. The customer is required to pay directly to the driver.
  2. Charter car is available for 6 hours per day. Any additional hours will incur an additional fee (Rp 80,000 per hour per car).
  3. Toll roads, parking fees are not included and customers are required to pay on the spot.
