TANAH LOT SHUTTLE SERVICE

Tanah Lot Temple is a temple built on a rock and during high tide, seemingly separated from the island of Bali. Tanah means land, and lot means sea. Legend says that the high priest of Java in the 16th century was overwhelmed by the view from this location and decided to build a temple. At low tide, you can walk to the bottom of the temple, but during high tide, the temple is non-accessible. Sprinkle yourself with holy water at the bottom of the temple for good fortune and the safe journey ahead.

* Note: you are not allowed to enter the inner part of the temple, unless for the purpose of praying with proper local (Balinese) costume.

Sunset time is around 18: 00 ~ 18: 30.

Beachwalk mall located on the beachfront of Kuta Beach, a new Shopping complex offering designer clothes/ newest fashion trends, cosmetics, grourmet, cafes and cinema. Drop off here to visit Kuta / Legian /  Seminyak area.


Additional Info:

At low tide, you can visit a cave under the temple, with several sea snakes dwells.

Shuttle departs on time so please be on time.

        DFS final call at 15:25, departing at 15:30.

        Returning Tanah Lot Temple final call at 18:45, departing at 19:00.

        If you missed the shuttle services, there will be no refund provided.

        Please arrange taxi / other transportation by yourself.

         a) Death/disability by accident – up to USD 100,000.00 per person

         b) Medical expenses by accident – up to USD 10,000.00 per person

        ※Insurance can’t cover for accident other vehicle accidents.

You are not allowed to carry large luggage such as the surfboard, backpack, suitcase etc.
