2. We can assist to coordinate your plan for the day. (Please inform in advance)
3. Safe with insurance - Our charter car are covered by Insurance for any accidents.
4. Customer Center will support whenever you need help

• 12 Hours Private car + Driver
• Hotel Pick up and Drop off Beach area <=> Ubud central, (basically, location of Pick up and Drop off should be the same).
• Insurance

• Toll road fee, Parking fee.
• Hotel Pick up and Drop off at outside of South area will incur an additional charge paid directly to driver by client as following. Kintamani, Lovina, Singaraja, Negara, Karangasem : One way Rp. 240,000.
• Any additional hours will incur an additional fee. It is Rp. 80,000 / per hour / per car. *Please pay in cash directly to the driver for above fee

The flow from after the application until the day

• After puchasing, you will receive confirmation mail.
• Voucher will be sent in 2 working days. *If you wish to coordinate the plan, we will send you a voucher once the plan is finalized.
• The driver will pick you up at the Hotel while holding the paper with Kura-Kura Logo on it.
• Please show your voucher to the driver
• Now, it is time to depart!.

Capacity :  4 Adults / 2 Suit cases

Reservation : Reservation is required until 2 days before the date of use.

Available Time : 08:00 - 22:00

Note : All reservation will be considered a "no-show" at 1 hour past your scheduled pickup time and will result in cancellation.

Cancel Policy : No refund after purchased. You are allowed to change your schedule at least 48 hours in advance of your start time of the reservation.

Insurance : Any accidents while on board the charter car are covered by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance with following limitation :Death / Disablement : Up to USD 100,000 per person, Medical expenses : Up to USD 10,000 per person
